    Onze ruimtes zijn zo ingericht dat jij je alleen hoeft te focussen op jouw bijeenkomst. Doordat we de ruimte klaar kunnen zetten in verschillende opstellingen is deze ruimte te gebruiken meerdere soorten bijeenkomsten. Wij verhuren onze ruimtes tegen een prijs per persoon per uur. Hiervoor krijg je het basis arrangement met koffie en thee uit kannen, tafelwater, koekjes en fruit.

    Wel hebben we een minimum verhuurbedrag van €250,- voor meetings van 1 dagdeel en €450 voor meetings van 2 dagdelen.

    Het Huislokaal is de Boardroom van Napkins. Hier kun jij perfect vergaderen met kleine groepen. De vergaderruimte is zo ingericht dat jij alles hebt om een fijne en effectieve vergadering te hebben. Hij is voorzien van een beamer, gratis WIFI, een grote houten tafel en heerlijke comfortabele stoelen.

    Het Nieuwslokaal is onze ruimte voor kleine en grote groepen. Met een capaciteit tot 80 personen is deze vergaderruimte ideaal voor de grotere vergaderingen, seminars of kleine congressen.

    Het Pauze lokaal is de Boardroom van Napkins. Hier kun jij perfect vergaderen met kleine groepen. De vergaderruimte is zo ingericht dat jij alles hebt om een fijne en effectieve vergadering te hebben. Hij is voorzien van een beamer, gratis WIFI, een grote houten tafel en heerlijke comfortabele stoelen.
