Events, large-scale or small-scale. Completely physical or online. The Prodentfabriek is the ideal location where all forms of gathering are possible. Organize a congress, symposium, fair, meeting or dinner in our event complex. There are multiple break-out rooms available and varying in capacity.
The former production hall is 1000m2 and has advanced technical facilities suitable for any type of event. The production hall can be divided into two spaces by means of two impressive sliding doors.
Online and Hybrid Events
The Prodentfabriek is the ideal location for Online and Hybrid events; a place where online and offline professionally come together. Multiple sessions in different studios are possible at the same time, where even the public can be present. Two studios in which different settings can be created, such as talk shows, an interview setting and a Q&A desk.
Sustainability
The Prodent factory has been using a biomass boiler, solar panels and solar boilers for several years. The biomass boiler is a replacement for the traditional central heating boiler and provides the Prodent factory with heat through the use of wood chips and residual waste. The surrounding buildings are supplied with heat through the ring main that is connected to the biomass boiler. Charging electric cars and building gas-lead are central to De Nieuwe Stad, where the Prodent factory is located.
Accessibility and parking
The Prodentfabriek is easily accessible by public transport and is a 10-minute walk from Amersfoort Central Station. It is also accessible by car via the nearby A1 and A28 motorways. Parking is available in the nearest parking garage. Parking tickets can be purchased at a reduced rate for 24 hours of parking. There are also several hotels within walking distance of De Prodentfabriek.
