Green Village is a modern event location in the middle of the country, founded in 2006 by the Van Hooijdonk family. With eleven different spaces, each with a unique look & feel, we are one of a kind. From a glass Orangerie to a stylish wine bar and from a large conference room to a traditional pub: there is always a space that suits your meeting.

Green Village is a modern event location in the middle of the country, founded in 2006 by the Van Hooijdonk family. With eleven different rooms, each with a unique look & feel, we are one of a kind. From a glass Orangerie to a stylish wine bar and from a large conference room to a traditional pub: there is always a room that suits your meeting.

Our location is situated in a large, green garden of no less than 2,500 m2. You can come to us for business meetings up to 250 guests plenary and company parties up to 500 guests.

Did you know that Green Village is not only an event location, but that you can also get married there? As a wedding location, we facilitate your wedding with great love and pleasure and you can also come to us for a cracking party for up to 300 guests.

The conveniences of the Randstad in terms of accessibility, but the tranquility of a green environment? Then Green Village is the right place for you. Green Village is located in the middle of the A2, A12 and A27. Green Village is also easy to reach by public transport. By tram you are at Green Village within 15 minutes from Utrecht Central Station.

    Experience the outdoor feeling all year round during your business meeting? That is possible in the Orangerie of Green Village. In the Orangerie, thanks to the glass walls and the glass roof, you have a 360-degree view of the garden and the Dutch skies. That will make your conference, presentation or dinner truly special.

    • Green Village 1

    Green Village 1 is located directly next to the large hall Green Village 3 & 4. This makes this space an excellent base for the reception, the breaks and the drinks after the meeting. You can organize an event with us for up to 250 guests plenary, where Green Village 1 and Green Village 2 can both be combined as a reception area.

    • Green Village 2

    How nice is it when your guests feel at home right away at the location? In our reception area Green Village 2 we receive your guests in style. This reception area is directly connected to the Orangerie and the combination room Green Village 3 & 4 and is extremely suitable for a reception, break or drinks.

    • Green Village 3

    Are you looking for an event hall that is fully equipped? And that for meetings up to 120 guests in a plenary setup? Then Green Village 3 is the right hall for your business event. Equipped with 2 large 98 inch LED screens, a private outdoor terrace, a stylish bar and an atmospheric interior.

    Are you organizing a business meeting, such as a conference, event or company party? Then you can go to our large combination room Green Village 3 & 4. In the fully acoustic room we can receive up to 250 guests in a theater setup. Green Village 3 & 4 is also extremely suitable for a business dinner: you can dine here with 160 guests. And of course there is a possibility for a large party up to 300 guests! How can we prepare the interior for you?

    • Tuin

    A large, green garden. That is all you need for your outdoor event. Our garden has 4 different terraces and 6 jeu de boules courts. In addition, our garden can be flexibly divided and transformed into any desired atmosphere. From nostalgic circus to a food truck parade and from festival setting to winter wonderland. It is all possible on this 2,500 m2 surface.

    • Koetshuis 2

    Koetshuis 2 is suitable for a variety of business meetings. As a conference location for a small plenary session or sub-session or as a location for an informal drink. Whatever the meeting, Koetshuis 2 is a unique space with an informal and intimate atmosphere. Koetshuis 2 has its own terrace and has a direct connection to our 'brown pub' Koetshuis 1. Perfect for a closing drink! Koetshuis 1 can only be rented in combination with Koetshuis 2.

    • Koetshuis 1

    Koetshuis 1 is the authentic brown pub of Green Village where you can relax informally with your colleagues or relations during your meeting. Koetshuis 1 is therefore the perfect place for a warm welcome, tasty lunch or cozy drink. Koetshuis 1 can only be used in combination with Koetshuis 2 for your meeting. This space is not rented separately.

    • Winebar

    In the Winebar you are surrounded by hundreds of wine bottles. This makes the Winebar the perfect location for a business drink, lunch or training. You can go to the Winebar for up to 18 guests. Do you want to come and have dinner? No problem, that is also possible.
