Huize Molenaar is one of the best kept culinary secrets of Utrecht. For over 125 years, the place to be for meetings with a special touch. Since Jacob Molenaar left Friesland behind in 1892 to introduce Utrecht to his culinary skills, many guests have been able to enjoy the culinary skills and the wonderful atmosphere of Huize Molenaar. The 10 unique rooms have their own size, colour and atmosphere. The house is therefore suitable for various meetings from 5 to 250 guests.
From the business Pauluskamers for a meeting to the cozy Balkonkamer for a romantic dinner. The Suite is the largest room in the house. Many bridal couples have said ‘I do’ here and countless birthday lunches have been organized. The summery Tuinkamer is, in combination with our historic city garden, the place for a drink or a festive reception.
The patrician house is still largely originally furnished and exudes a tranquility reminiscent of the past.
