You’ll find restaurant Le Brasseur in a national monument dating from 1860, bordering the historic center of Maarssendorp, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Vecht River. The old canal, a former connection between Amsterdam and Utrecht, runs alongside our building. We use local and organic ingredients as much as possible. Why source them from far away when they’re readily available in the Netherlands? Our country is a treasure trove of beautiful ingredients, and we use them from top to bottom.
