An inspiring meeting space in Utrecht, located on the outskirts of the city. The old mansion at Maliebaan 45 has been converted into a meeting venue. This part of Utrecht is easily accessible by car and public transport. Our venue is characterized by its inviting and homely atmosphere. Our small-scale venue can accommodate up to 18 people.
Our Utrecht location offers eight reservable rooms of varying sizes. The smallest rooms are suitable for one-on-one meetings. The larger rooms are suitable for meetings of up to 8 people. We also have two group rooms for gatherings of up to 18 people.
We operate on an all-inclusive basis, meaning unlimited coffee, tea, and soft drinks. You also have free use of presentation equipment and Wi-Fi.
Catering
For all your catering needs, we’re happy to collaborate with our local partners. They can prepare virtually anything you desire for your event. For lunch, this could be our standard sandwiches, but salads, soup, or a tasty morning or afternoon snack are also no problem. And of course, we’re happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.
