A historic three-story building, it’s fully equipped and has an A+ energy label. From flexible workspaces to private office spaces, and from team meetings to large-group events, our Aan de Gracht venue offers the following:

– the monumental ‘Blue Room’ for events in a theater setting for up to 60 people, drinks and walking dinners for up to 100 people
– 60 workstations, both flexible and permanent
– various private offices with 4 to 8 workstations

Sustainable and social design
In addition to the inspiring story and historic character of the building itself, we’ve designed the interior with a modern touch. This creates an inspiring and stimulating environment. Our workspaces are ergonomically designed, and our materials and furniture are sustainable, socially responsible, and ethical. In the shared flex space, for example, we’ve created adjustable desks made from recycled materials. We also have a creative space with direct daylight, featuring walls colored with circular upholstery from Studio Wea. Perfect for workshops and brainstorming sessions!

Aan de Gracht is the ideal location for both team meetings and large group events. We have versatile spaces where you can easily use various breakout rooms. These breakout rooms allow you to divide large groups for smaller, more focused interactions. All our rooms are also equipped with modern facilities, such as flipcharts and screens. Whatever your meeting type, we can quickly set up the rooms in a setting that perfectly suits your event.
We also offer flexible workspaces for those seeking a productive and inspiring environment to do their work. But if you’d prefer a dedicated workspace or your own office, that’s also possible! Furthermore, there are several phone booths throughout our building, perfect for holding meetings. And if you need a break from the daily grind, you can always get some fresh air in our garden, where you can also enjoy lunch at our picnic tables.
