City Center Lodge Utrecht is a four-star boutique hotel with 22 unique rooms, located directly opposite the Stadsschouwburg on the edge of the Utrecht city center. The stylish hotel is housed in a former tire warehouse and is suitable for a weekend getaway or a business stay. From some rooms, you can see the Domtoren.
From tyre warehouse to boutique hotel
The building was constructed in 1878 as a tyre warehouse. After a complete renovation, it is now a stylish boutique hotel on the bend of the Wittevrouwensingel, within walking distance of the lively city centre.
Rooms with their own character
All 22 rooms are uniquely furnished, featuring elements such as oil paintings and a warm atmosphere. Choices include the City View Room with a view of the Domtoren, the Queen and King, the spacious Executive Room of 31 to 36 m2, and the Family Focus for families, which is connected to a Bunk room by an interconnecting door. The Focus rooms are located on the inside of the building and do not have a window. All rooms have air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, high-speed fibre-optic internet and a bathroom with a rain shower and products from La Bottega.
Breakfast and city
The continental breakfast buffet offers items such as freshly baked croissants, bread rolls, yoghurt, muesli and fresh fruit. The Centraal Museum and the Streetfoodclub are within walking distance. Those who want to escape the hustle and bustle can cycle along the Vecht.
