Since 1994, Kaap Doorn has specialized exclusively in business meetings. This ensures you’ll always be among like-minded people. The equipment, the excellent Wi-Fi, the meeting rooms, the restaurant… Everything is tailored to your needs as a business guest. Your meeting participants are here to share knowledge and inspire. Kaap Doorn offers optimal conditions for this. Situated in the heart of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park, Kaap Doorn boasts extensive grounds where you can enjoy a lovely walk.
CSR and sustainability
Kaap Doorn practices corporate social responsibility in the broadest sense of the word. Did you know that when you organize a meeting at Kaap Doorn, you support the good work of the YMCA Netherlands (Recognized Charity). The YMCA has been involved in youth work since 1853 and organizes holiday camps for children in need in the Netherlands.
Kaap Doorn is also committed to sustainability in many other areas. For example, in 2010, we were one of the first conference centers in the Netherlands to be awarded the Golden Green Key. To maintain this Green Key, we take measures every year in the areas of sustainability and social responsibility. You, our guests, contribute to this!
20 meeting rooms
Kaap Doorn has 20 meeting rooms (capacity for 2 to 250 people). All rooms feature ample natural light, air conditioning, basic audiovisual equipment, a screen, and two flipcharts. In our Grand Café, our baristas serve a variety of premium coffees and teas; included in your package. Unlimited soft drinks, chocolate, cookies, and mints are also available in the room.
70 comfortable hotel rooms
Kaap Doorn offers 70 hotel rooms, all fully equipped with modern conveniences. Most rooms overlook beautiful natural surroundings. All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, LCD TV, telephone, and free Wi-Fi. Our facilities, such as the sauna and fitness room, are free for our guests to use.
Culinary enjoyment
Kaap Doorn’s extensive kitchen is renowned for its extensive cuisine. Fresh ingredients are traditionally crafted into delicious dishes every day. We use a wide range of local and organic products and herbs from our own herb garden. We also cater to your individual dietary needs and preferences. Our chef knows how to accommodate any request and creates a surprising dish every time.
Accessibility and parking
Kaap Doorn is beautifully situated in the Kaapse Bossen forests and is easily accessible. Your guests can park for free on our own grounds, where you’ll also find charging stations. Kaap Doorn also has its own bus stop right outside, called “Kaap Doorn,” which offers a direct connection to Driebergen-Zeist station.
