Landgoed de Horst is an inspiring location where you can meet, brainstorm and learn, just 20 minutes from Utrecht.
The estate has 30 different rooms with lots of outdoor space, divided over several buildings with all a warm and authentic atmosphere. You can fully enjoy the beautiful nature because almost all rooms are on the ground floor with almost all with their own terrace.
The estate has a conference hall - Maitland - that offers possibilities for conferences, events, lectures and theatre and music performances. The conference hall Maitland is intimate with 100-150 people and suitable for a maximum of 275 people. It is a multifunctional space where the stands can be folded, it has a flexible wall and a stand on the roof. Maitland is equipped with audiovisual equipment and a lift so that the space is accessible to everyone.
At Landgoed de Horst you can also stay overnight. We have 73 single rooms and 40 double rooms. Together they form a surprising experience to stay overnight in peace and comfort in the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Ideal if you have a multi-day meeting or want to avoid traffic jams.
Energetic, vital and above all delicious food! Our chefs use sustainable, often organic and mostly regional products in our internationally oriented kitchen. Finally, art is an important element at the location. The estate is decorated with poetry, objects, images, photos and other art expressions.
